Monet (They/Them) joined ABC Realty in the Summer of 2020. They chose ABC Realty because of its unique dedication to community and racial housing equity. Monet is fierce and professional while allowing their genuine and authentic enthusiasm to shine. Monet has lived and worked throughout the Twin Cities but feels a strong connection to Minneapolis. They were raised in Northeast Minneapolis, attended South High School in South Minneapolis, attended Hamline University, and resided in Saint Paul for college. In the Spring of 2022, Monet became a first-time home buyer in North Minneapolis.
Monet provides representation for both buyers and sellers, with a particular passion for first-time home buyers. There is no transaction too small or too large for Monet! They are enthusiastic about meeting with new clients no matter where you are in the process. They recognize that purchasing a home is a process that takes planning and they are there to help every step of the way. As a buyer’s agent, they have been widely praised for their cleanly written, competitive, and unique offers and compassionate guidance. As a seller’s agent, they work with the seller to create a desirable listing that reaches the seller’s goals in an efficient manner.
In their free time, Monet finds immense joy caring for their pets: two cats, a dog, and a horse. It is their goal to one day have a sustainable farm with food production, animal rescues, and community housing.
