Angela is the backbone of ABC Realty and she works to develop processes and systems of checks and
balances to ensure the ultimate client experience. Her expertise and attention to detail means every step of a transaction is fully documented and coordinated. Every time Angela drafts an office policy or procedure she keeps her focus on what’s best for the firm’s clients. Angela coordinates staff trainings and inter-office meetings and is always on the lookout for new opportunities that allow ABC Realty agents to stay up to date on the ever-changing market.
Though Angela isn’t boots on the ground showing and selling properties, she has a keen acumen for the East St. Paul community. She is a strong proponent of affordable housing and ABC’s work to make affordable housing available in the area through a partnership with a non-profit developer. Angela not only focuses on what it takes to make the ABC Realty team successful, she works hand in hand with Broker Seanne Thomas to hire realtors who are culturally competent. Together, they’ve created a team with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work with people of all cultures and backgrounds. They encourage their agents to take extra time to truly understand the needs and wants of each individual person who comes through the door of ABC Realty.
