Meet our operations managers Ben Werner and Ismail Khadar. Ben is from south Minneapolis and when not ensuring the office sails smoothly, he’s biking, writing poetry, or working on cars. Ben enjoys spending time in the community on the East Side and helping more East Siders own their own homes and find housing. Fun fact: a Dark ‘N’ Stormy is Ben’s favorite drink!
Ismail works with Ben to run the office and put together our community and neighborhood engagement events. Ismail grew up in East Saint Paul from a family steeped in Real Estate experience. He’s one of the creative minds behind ABC’s marketing and event planning. Fun Fact: Ismail’s favorite food is fried calamari.
